View System Config's General Audit History

The audit trail in the general configuration is used for compliance and provides a list of changes made by the user, such as Engage Configuration's setting is changed.
  1. Navigate to Admin Settings > System Config > General.
  2. Click the Audit History image2021-10-18_9-41-12.png icon.

The Audit History Panel displays.

3. Click the Arrow image2021-10-18_9-43-29.pngicon to display the changes.

4. For changes that involve many fields to be updated, click the Expand image2021-10-18_9-46-7.png icon to view the changes.

The Audit History Details dialog displays.

5. Uncheck the Show Only Changed Fields check box to display all the fields.
