BOS Grid - Heading and Column Defaults
The BOS Move Data screen will contain BOS Grid. Below describes the default BOS Grid Headings and Columns.
If you have an existing BOS Grid then you may find the Headings and Columns will be different.
The default BOS Grid - Headings are:
- Summary
- Occupant Info
- Locker
- Computers
- Destination Computers
- Phones
- Destination Phones
- Comments
- Reference
- Teams
Summary
The columns consist of:
- BOS Occupant
- Status
The Status column will display initially as blank as no email has been sent. Then when you send out the emails an icon displays:
- Normal email
icon - this displays when an email has been successfully sent - Failed email
icon - this displays when the email is pending or in error.
