You want to find out why a user doesn't show up in any reports. |

Does the person appear in the Serraview People Directory? |
Yes - go to the next question. No - go to the Review the Person Import to make sure the person exists. |

Does the person's LogonName in the Serraview People Directory match the LogonName they use to access their device? |
Yes - go to the next question. No - go to the Review the Person Import to make sure the person's LogonName (System Logon) exists. |

Does the person's team in the People Directory and the Block & Stack (VBS) match the Team they should be in? |
