Confirmation Email

After you have made a desk reservation, Engage sends out Engage Reservation email that includes an ICS file. Learn about adding the Desk Reservation to your Calendar.


An optional feature that sends a confirmation email to employees when they make a desk reservation, see Set up Engage to send out Confirmation Emails. Also, there is a default email that can be modified, see Engage Email Template.

Notification Email

When you have a desk reservation and the check-in opens then you will receive an email notification. Learn more about how to complete the Desk Check-in via Email Notification.
