Floor plan Updates Report provides a list of floorplans updated or created between the provided start date and end date.

  • Original floor plan load date
  • Last floor plan update

  • The Floor plan Last Updated field helps to quickly check that all refurbishments undertaken have been updated in the Serraview system.
  • The Floor plan First Loaded date can help when analyzing snapshot reports on historical data. For example, if a report shows unexpected or missing data (e.g. allocations or workpoints). Checking this report would quickly clarify if floor plan information was available prior to that time.
