Validation Summary Dashboard

Purpose

This dashboard provides a high-level summary of how team audits (via Workplace in Serraview) have been tracking. How much space has been validated, and where and what’s changed are all described. This information can give confidence to space planners regarding the accuracy of the occupancy data within the portfolio. This information can also be used to keep track of KPIs.

Special Data Elements

Post-Validation Difference (Net) = After teams are validated, the number of workpoints they have may change. This is the net difference between the total workpoints and the confirmed workpoints from those validations.
Post-Validation Difference (Magnitude) = After teams are validated, the number of workpoints they have may change. This is the magnitude difference between the total workpoints and the confirmed workpoints from those validations.
Confirmed Workpoints Over Total = It is possible for more workpoints to be validated than physically existing. If a team is validated with 10 workpoints, then a different team gets 2 of those workpoints and is then validated, you would have 12 confirmed workpoints when only 10 exist. Where excess confirmed workpoints exist, they are shown in these charts as Confirmed Over Total.
