View and action work order for Accruent 360Facility

You can view and action a 360Facility work order within a Serraview service request.

If you need to refresh the work order list, click the Refresh button to update the list of linked Facilities Work Orders.

  1. Navigation to Service Requests.
  2. Click the Service Request to edit.
  3. From the Related To area, click the Editimage2020-6-24_14-37-53.pngicon. The Linked Facilities Work Orders dialog displays.

4. Click the work order number. The 360Facility Login displays.

6. Log into 360Facility.

5. Edit the work order details.

6. Save the 360Facility work order.
