Set the Target Ratios

You can set a unique target ratio for teams within a building or an individual floor. Or use the default target ratio set for the portfolio.

Set Portfolio Target Ratio

You can configure the general settings for your portfolio.

  1. Navigate to Admin Settings > System Config > General > General.
  2. In the Default Target Occupancy Ratio field, enter the default target ratio for all buildings and floors.
  3. Click the Update button.

The default target ratio set here can be overridden for a building or floor refer to Set the Target Ratios or a team refer to Change Flexible Team's Target Ratio.

Set Building Target Ratio

  1. Navigate to Resources > Buildings & Floors.
  2. Click on the building. The building details displays.
  3. Scroll to the Target Occupancy Ratio field.
  4. In the Target Occupancy field, enter the Default Target Ratio.

5. Click the Update Building button.

Set Floor Target Ratio

  1. Navigate to Space > Buildings & Floors.
  2. Click the building. The building details displays.
  3. Click the floor. The floor details displays.
  4. Scroll to the Target Occupancy Ratio field.
  5. In the Target Occupancy field, enter the Default Target Ratio.

6. Click the Update Floor button.

To override these target ratios for a team, refer to Change Flexible Team's Target Ratio.
