Toggle Space Types

Space Types View >>

As you investigate and/or define the Serraview polylines the floorplan you can quickly toggle the space types on and off. The space types are defined in the Space Hierarchy and they display in the Space Types View in a parent and child list.

Your System Administrator can add or edit the space types in the Space Type Hierarchy.

Toggle the Parent Space Type On and Off

You can toggle to display the parent space type on and off on the floor plan.

  • Uncheck the space type check box to not see the parent space type on the floorplan.
  • Check the space type check box to see the parent space type on the floorplan.

Remember to see the parent space type it needs to be a Serraview polyline on the floorplan, and not all parent space types are drawn on the floorplan such as Office Area or Core.

Toggle Children Space Types On and Off

You can toggle to display the children space types on and off on the floor plan.

  • Click to deselected the parent space type name to not see the space type and the children space types on the floorplan.
  • Click to select the parent space type name to see the space type and the children space types on the floorplan.

Toggle a Child Space Type On and Off

You can toggle to display a child space type on and off on the floor plan.

  • Uncheck the space type check box to not see the child space type on the floorplan.
  • Check the space type check box to see the child space type on the floorplan.
