Train the Workplace Administrators

The Workplace Administrators (and/or Workplace Managers) will need to be trained on how to use Workplace, refer to the Use Workplace Portal to complete Validation.

Send out communications to explain that the invitation email will be sent out

You will need to send out a communication to the Workplace Administrators (and/or Workplace Managers) to let them know that their invitation to Workplace will be sent out on a particular date.
