SVLive Troubleshooting Dashboard

Purpose

This dashboard is designed to help support, enable, and maintain SVLive. It highlights information that can be used to call out potential SVlive issues, including:

  • Spaces without any SVLive data in a long time (could indicate an issue with wireup).
  • Excessive people in a single day for a single space (could indicate an issue with switch ports or wireup).
  • Excessive minutes in a single day for a single space (could indicate an issue with people getting ‘frozen’ on desks).
  • People who haven’t been detected in a long time (potential person data issues).
  • Excessive people in a single day for a single floor (could indicate issues with WAPs or switches).

Switch information is also included to assist with diagnosis.

This dashboard includes raw SVLive data rows as an additional tile. The Date Range filter controls what data appears in this tile and this can be used to confirm success with small-scale tests.

Special Data Elements

  • Detected People (Max in Date Range) = The most people detected on a single day in SVLive.

Special Filters

  • N/A

Limitations

  • All data is filtered to the last 180 days from when the dashboard is launched, except for Raw Details.
