Is the Switch Scanner service running? |
Yes - go to the next question. No - go to Restart Switch Scanner. |

Is no or small wire activity detected in any locations? |
|
|
4 |
Small Activity Detected Are the switch scanner configuration correctly set? |
Yes - go to Firewall and Proxy Maintenance. No - go to Switch Scanner Installation. |

No Activity Complete the following checks:

| 6 | Is the activity detected at the correct desk? |
Yes - end process. No - go to Maintenance Troubleshooting logs. |
