Serraview Implementation team will complete the Locator installation.
Authentication for desktop and mobile
To gain authentication to use Locator for desktop and mobile you can use the following:
- Single Sign On (SSO). SSO uses your network login credentials to automatically sign you into Locator.
- IP Whitelisting. IP Whitelisting recognizes the IP address from which you access Locator and allows access automatically.
- Manual Log In. Where neither SSO or IP Whitelisting are in use, a Serraview user name and password must be entered to access Locator. For this situation, a user account must be provided by your System Administrator.
Authentication for kiosk
To gain authentication to use Locator and a kiosk you can use:
- IP Whitelisting. IP Whitelisting recognizes the IP address from which you access Locator and allows access automatically.
