View your Teams in the Workplace Portal

Navigate the Workplace Portal Floorplan >>

The Workplace Portal provides a view that displays the Teams on the left, and the floorplan on the right.

  1. If you have multiple teams, click My Teams button to only view your teams.
  2. Click on your team name in the left panel. For each team, you are provided with two views:
  • Workpoints - this contains a list of the workpoints. All workpoints that do not contain a person's name or a retention status are displayed with a red badge at the top of the workpoint list.
  • People - this contains the list of people in the team. Any person that is not assigned to a workpoint will display without a workpoint number.

Fixed Teams

For Fixed Teams, the default view is Workpoints.

Flexi Teams

For Flexi Teams, the default view is People.
