Sometimes, a person will be on the floor but not display in Locator.
When using Locator with SVLive
This can be caused by a variety of reasons. For example:
If their desk is being occupied by 'Unknown' person in Locator, then it is likely that Serraview is unable to match that person's login with the username from SVLive.
A person can be using unwired data port or working without being connected to the Wi-Fi.
A person is using a wireless connection however Wi-Fi has not been implemented as a utilization source for Locator.
When using Locator with Manual Occupancy
This means that they have not been assigned to a desk, team, or neighborhood on that floor. If you experience this then, contact your System Administrator.
