This service request focused dashboard provides a quick highlight of the current state of service requests. Current unresolved requests, upcoming planned dates, and recently resolved requests are all on display. All this information will help MAC managers keep on top of service requests and identify what dates to plan moves for service requests in progress.

Request Org Unit = The org unit of the user who created/requested the service request.
Data show is all based on the latest ETL extraction of service requests. This means changes within the last 24 hours may not yet be reflected in this dashboard.
