Book Safe - Automatic Safe Distancing

Released to the App Store on the February 9th

When turned on, Engage’s Book Safe feature will automatically take care of social distancing for you. Whenever an employee books a desk, Engage will automatically disable any desks within your configurable social distancing threshold (e.g. 1.5 meters) from being booked by someone else.

Your System Administrator can set this up in Serraview in using the Engage Configuration settings called:

• Clever Social Distancing check box
• Social distancing buffer (cm) field

Set Capacity Limits

Released to the App Store on the February 9th

A System Admin can set the limits for:

• Total Reservations within a Building - This is used to limit the total number of reservations for a building. For example if your COVID-19 restrictions only allow your building to have 50% capacity then you can set the total number of reservations for the building to 50% of its total capacity.

• Staggered Entry - System Administrators can encourage staggered entry into buildings (to better manage social distancing within common areas like lobbies and elevators) by setting the maximum number of bookings that are allowed per 15 minute window.
