Navigate your BOS Move Plan

Let us guide you through the BOS Move Plan so you can become more familiar with this module and learn some of the common terms used.

BOS Grid - Heading and Column Defaults >>

BOS contains the following screens:

  • From left-menu click, Move Add Change > BOS. The BOS Move Plan Overview screen displays.

BOS Move Plan Columns

The columns consist of:

  • Select All icon

This will only select all the items on the page.

  • Name
  • Description
  • Security
  • Owner
  • Last Modified
  • Last Modified By
  Pagination is where you can move between pages and change the number of items displayed either 10, 20, 50, or 100 items per page.

Set the plan to be Private or a Public Move Plan.

BOS Grid Headings display in vertically on the left-hand side.

BOS Grid displays the data in columns.

The following BOS Grid Columns can be sorted:

  • Sequence (this will sort by the Move Sequence ID)
  • Phase (this will sort by sequence, then by occupant's first name and then by the last name)
  • BOS Occupant (this will sort by the occupant's first name and then by the last name)
  • From Location (this will sort by the building name, floor sequence, container name, and org unit name)
  • To Location (this will sort by the destination, building name, floor sequence, container name or To Future Workpoint, and org unit name)

BOS Occupant list contains the following columns:

  • Phase
  • Occupants
  • From Location
  • To Location

At the bottom is the pagination for the BOS Occupant list. The pagination is where you can move between pages and change the number of items displayed either 10, 20, 50, or 100 items per page.
