Daily Desk Booking Utilization (Floorplan) Dashboard

Purpose

Great for scheduled reporting, this dashboard shows how spaces were booked and used on a floorplan for any given day. Both Sensor and SVLive Wired data is interpreted by this dashboard. A details tile at the bottom provides additional information about each space, whether it was booked, detected, and for how long. This dashboard is great for workplace administrators and for staff maintaining floor daily activities.

Special Data Elements

• Duration - 1.5 is equivalent to 1 hour and 30 minutes.

Special Filters

• Source filter - Allows filtering out particular utilization sources such as Sensor data.

Limitations

• SVLive Wi-Fi data is excluded as it cannot be tied to a space.
