View the Equipment for a Space

Released June 8th and note that the Mobile App will be released to the app store on the June 8th

When you want to see if a space has the equipment you need to run a successful meeting, now you can check what equipment a space has. The More Actions icon will contain a menu item called Equipment.

This will display the space's equipment.

Person's Status Enhancement

Released June 8th and note that the Mobile App will be released to the app store on the June 8th

We have enhanced the status labels for employees the following describes when the different statuses will be seen.

Assigned Desk

When the employee belongs to a team and is assigned to a desk.

Flexible Working

When the employee belongs to a flexible team and that team has spaces allocated on the floorplan.

Reserved Desk

When the employee has reserved a desk the status will display as Reserved Desk.

Remote Working

When an employee does not fall under the above categories they will display as Remote Working.
