Locator displays the status of a person/desk this information based on the last message it received from the Lightweight Desktop Monitor (LDM).
If a person is seen as Active when they are no longer at their desk (Away), ask them to log off and review their Locator status. If they continue to appear as Active at the desk after logging off, they may have become 'stuck' to a desk. To rectify this issue, please contact your System Administrator.
