Menu Quick Reference

Asset Type (Category)

The asset type (category) are used to manage the assets in the procedures Add, Edit, or Delete StorageAdd, Edit, or Delete Lockers, and Add, Edit, or Delete Parking.

You can use the Asset Category keyword set to define the asset hierarchy, refer to Configure Asset Category Keyword.

Navigate to Admin Settings > System Config > General > Keywords.

The values are found in the Asset Category keyword.

Custom Fields

If you want to store additional data then you can set up custom fields, refer to Create a Custom Field for Lockers.

  1. Navigate to Admin Settings > System Config > Custom Fields.
  2. From the entities list, select Lockers.

Quick Reports

The Lockers module has a set of quick reports that can be run without having to go to the Serraview Reporting module. 

Refer to Locker Quick Reports and Configure Quick Reports.

Navigate to Admin Settings > System Config > General > Storage Configuration Set.
