Send the Go Email
It is customary for Corporate Real Estate to send out emails to the people involved in a move, so they know where their new location is, and including any locker or other security information.
Serraview has default a Go email that can be send out on move week to notify people that everything is ready and to confirm the move details. This email will have the 60 Floorplan report attached. For more information about emails, see BOS Emails and Email Communications.
Send Notifications to all BOS Occupants in a Phase
You can send out the notification from your BOS Move Plan to all the BOS Occupants in a Phase.
- Open a BOS Move Plan.
- Click the BOS Move Data
icon. - Click the
Send Email icon.
5. Click the email to send. The Send Email dialog displays.
6. Click the Confirmation Dialog button.
The email(s) are sent.
Send Notifications to a selection of BOS Occupants in a Phase
You can send out the notification from your BOS Move Plan to a selection of BOS Occupants in a Phase.
- Open a BOS Move Plan.
- Click the BOS Move Data icon.
- Check one or more move rows using the check box to the left of each row, refer to select multiple BOS grid rows.
- Click the Send Email icon.
5. Click the email to send.
The email(s) are sent.
BOS Occupant's Status Column
The Status column will display initially as blank as no email has been sent. After you have sent out the emails an icon displays:
- Normal email
icon - this displays when an email has been successfully sent - Failed email
icon - this display when the email is pending or error.
