Change Flexible Teams to be Fixed Team

Update existing Flexible Teams target ratios in your Scenario >>

You can change the working style of one or more selected Flexible Team(s) to Fixed Team(s).

To change teams from flexible to fixed, complete the following:

  1. From the stack select one team or multiple teams, or change the Group By to an Org Unit Level. See Select multiple Teams in Scenario VBS.
  2. From the Scenario VBS Blocking Toolbar, click the Bulk update selected teams clipboard_ea309defe5270d8928afaeadbb2e00b03.png icon. The Bulk Update Teams form displays.
  3. For the Change Teams to Fixed, click the Apply button.

  1. Click the Update Teams button.

Before

The teams are flexible with the Target Ratio of 1.28
