Send the Ready Email and Set Email

It is customary for Corporate Real Estate to send out emails to the people involved in a move, so they know where their new location is, and including any locker or other security information.

Serraview has default Ready email and Set email set up and these can be sent out. 

  • Ready Email - sent out weeks in advance of the move to notify people to prepare for the move.
  • Set Email - sent out a few weeks before the move to notify people to pack their things.

Send Notifications to all BOS Occupants in a Phase

You can send out the notification from your BOS Move Plan to all the BOS Occupants in a Phase.

  1. Open a BOS Move Plan.

  3. Click the clipboard_e22fed7fd0c39efb5065628f8bcfb108b.png Send Email icon.

5. Click the email to send. The Send Email dialog displays.

6. Click the Confirmation Dialog button.

The email(s) are sent.

Send Notifications to a selection of BOS Occupants in a Phase

You can send out the notification from your BOS Move Plan to a selection of BOS Occupants in a Phase.

  1. Open a BOS Move Plan.
  2. Click the BOS Move Data clipboard_e4f630f75a1fa97791efdb4b105b4c7ea.png icon.
  3. Check one or more move rows using the check box to the left of each row, refer to select multiple BOS grid rows.

5. Click the email to send.

The email(s) are sent.

BOS Occupant's Status Column

The Status column will display initially as blank as no email has been sent. After you have sent out the emails an icon displays:

  • Normal email image2020-11-11_11-6-42.png icon - this displays when an email has been successfully sent
  • Failed email image2020-11-11_11-6-32.png  icon - this display when the email is pending or error.
