Canceled Bookings Dashboard

Purpose

For Space Planners and Managers, this dashboard provides a detailed picture of desk booking cancellations. It highlights how often this is occurring, how far out from the booking it occurs, and for which org units and space types it occurs more often.

Special Data Elements

• Days before the booking was cancelled (By Org Unit) - For each org unit, shows how many bookings were cancelled. Colors represent how close to the booked time the booking was cancelled. Red indicates the booking was cancelled the same day as the start time of the booking. The breakdown is based on the Org Unit Level filter.

• Days before the booking was cancelled (By Space Type) - For each space type, shows how many bookings were cancelled. Colors represent how close to the booked time the booking was cancelled. Red indicates the booking was cancelled the same day as the start time of the booking. The breakdown is based on the Space Type Level filter.

• Bookings by Scheduled Start Day Of The Week - Breaks down how many bookings were cancelled by the day of the week the cancellation occurred.

• Bookings by Cancelled Day Of The Week - Breaks down how many bookings were cancelled by the day of the week the booking was slated for.
