Block and Stack (VBS)

The workpoint import can be used to update workpoints and spaces in the VBS.

Prerequisites

  • None

Requirements

The columns needed to complete this update are:

  • columns to identify a building, floor and container
  • column for Is Flexi? - Update the space's working style as fixed or flexi.
  • column for Cost Centre - Update the cost center of the org unit allocated to the space.
  • column for Team - Allocate this workpoint (or space) to a team.
  • column for Hood - Allocate this workpoint (or space) to a hood.

Import Report

You can use the 141 Workpoint Properties Report to list the workpoint properties. This file can be used to make changes to your workpoints and rooms to re-import to Serraview.

Methods of Transfer

Data can be imported into Serraview via SFTP, My Imports or File Upload, refer to Methods of Data Transfer.

Validate the Workpoint data

You can check the import has worked by checking either the spaces, team, or neighborhood in the VBS.
