Building Stack by Management Hierarchy Dashboard

Purpose

The Building Stack by Management Hierarchy dashboard shows the distribution of workpoints and total assignments to selected management hierarchy levels across multiple buildings/floors/neighborhoods in a stacked column visualization to help space planners and managers converse clearly and accurately with stakeholders about their space use and needs.

Special Filters

  • Stack Granularity filter - controls the grouping of the x-axis of the stack tile
  • Manager Level filter - note the instruction provided in the filter title to include an “or is null” condition in the filter for most use cases.  This will cause the dashboard to include spaces without specific management levels defined.

Limitations

  • Ensure the History Date filter is set to a single date, not a date range
  • The dashboard is most interesting/useful when Serraview has been populated with multiple levels of person management hierarchy.
