Check if Storage is Available Now or in the Future

Assign or unassign a person to a Future Storage Space >>

Check the Reports

From the Reporting module, generate the following reports:

If the request can be fulfilled, then assign the person to the storage, see Assign a person to current Storage Space.

If the request cannot be fulfilled, then check for any future storage availability.

Check the Archive Candidates

From the Reporting module generate the following reports:

If the request can be fulfilled, then assign the person as the future owner, see Assign or unassign a person to a Future Storage Space.

If the request still cannot be fulfilled, add the person to an external waiting list. Remember to review the waitlist against the reports to check for availability.

Organizations using an external asset management system can check if the storage is available outside of Serraview.
