The audit trail in the building is used for compliance and provides a list of changes made by the user, such as editing a building's details.

You can view the audit history for the building.

1. Navigate to Resources > Buildings & Floors.
2. Click on the building. The building details displays.
3. Click the Audit History  icon.

The Audit History Panel displays.

4. Click the Arrow icon to display the changes.

5. For changes that involve many fields to be updated, click the Expand  icon.

The Audit History Details dialog displays.

6. Uncheck the Show Only Changed Fields check box to display all the fields.
