View Building Audit History

The audit trail in the building is used for compliance and provides a list of changes made by the user, such as editing a building's details.

You can view the audit history for the building.

  1. Navigate to Resources > Buildings & Floors.
  2. Click on the building. The building details displays.
  3. Click the Audit History image2021-10-18_9-41-12.png icon.

The Audit History Panel displays.

4. Click the Arrow image2021-10-18_9-43-29.pngicon to display the changes.

5. For changes that involve many fields to be updated, click the Expand image2021-10-18_9-46-7.png icon. The Audit History Details dialog displays.

6. Uncheck the Show Only Changed Fields check box to display all the fields.
