SVLive sends data into Serraview's data center over authenticated HTTPS and optionally over MQTT.
SVLive uses SNMP V2 authentication to access and collect switch data. The same information collected is also available without passwords via Cisco Discovery Protocol.
Switch authentication credentials are not sent to Serraview.
Serraview is subject to stringent security checks and annual penetration tests.
