Delete Move Rows

You may come across many rows (people or workstations) that need to be removed from the BOS Move Plan. For example, everyone except three people on a floor are relocating. You can delete the rows.
  1. From the BOS Project Overview screen, click the BOS Move Plan. The BOS Project Details screen displays.
  2. Click the BOS Plan Moves Data clipboard_e1260d1c0622f8cd295d627e3078667bc.png icon. The BOS Plan Moves Data screen displays.
  3. Select the row check box to the left of the row. Note: You can select the top check box to select all the rows OR to select multiple rows, use the Ctrl key + click to select multiple rows. You can also select the first row, hold the Shift key and then select the last row which will select all rows between those two points.
  4. Click the Delete Move clipboard_eb7bb906083da7fb22300e5c726f1abe9.pngicon. The warning message displays Are you sure you want to delete the X selected moves?
  5. Click the Delete moves button.

The move rows are deleted.
