Serraview API’s Buildings Endpoint updated to include new fields

New Import Templates in the Reporting Module

Released February 5th

The following reports can be used to extract data from Serraview and then you can modify the data ready to be imported back into Serraview.

• 348 Asset Import Template - This report is used to extract data for Asset import. You will be able to import new assets or modified existing assets.
• 349 Team Import Template - This report is used to extract team data for the Team Import. You will be able to import in new teams or modified existing teams.
• 350 Switch Import - This report is used to extract switch data for the Switch Import. You will be able to import new switches, modify or archive existing switches.
• 351 Occupant Flexi Team Import - This report is used to extract the Flexible Team's data for the Occupancy Import. You will be able to import the modified employees' occupancy details.
• 352 Occupancy Fixed Workpoint Import - This report is used to extract Fixed Team's data for the Occupant Import. You will be able to import the modified employees' occupancy details.
• 353 Person Import with Tag - This report is used to extract data for the Person Import. You will be able to import the modified details for the employees and tags.
• 354 Person Import With Attributes - This report is used to extract data for the Person Import. You will be able to import the modified details for the employees and attribute.
  

The following report contains SVLive Utilization data:

• 355 All Activity - This report will capture all Wired and Wi-Fi Utilization data for the selected building. The Summary tabs will be grouped by the Space and Person level. This report is based on Container Occupancy Intermediates (COI) data.

The following reports can be used for Drafting:

• 356 Floorplan Markup Space Type and Zone - Used by the Serraview team when completing Drafting.
  
• 357 Space Type and Names - Used by the Serraview team when completing Drafting.

The report's secured action will be added to the System Administrator role.

Multiple Orphan Organization Units can be Deleted

You no longer need to delete the orphan org units one-by-one, now you will be able to select multiple orphans org units and then delete them in one go.

Space form to include the Space's Name

Released February 5th

When you edit the space the Update Space form displays, now this will include the Space's name so it is clear what space is being updated.
