Offices can be set up to be Reservable as Desks

When your space type Office has the Function set to Office - Individual then those spaces will available to be reserved in Engage.

Team Reservations to allow the employees to select their Preferred Desk when they Check-in

When employees check-in to a Team Reservation, Engage will let them select their preferred desk. The desks displayed for selection will be part of the Team Reservation.

Launch an Email from the Concierge Menu

If you want your employees to launch an email, for example, to contact your IT support team. Now, the Concierge Menu item can be set up to launch an email. Your System Administrator will need to set up this menu item and include one of the following:

This code will open the email with no subject. The employee can enter the subject and message in the email.

This code will open the email and include the email's subject IT Support Request. Then the employee can add to the subject and/or enter the message in the email.

Reservation Check-in Messages Enhanced

The language for the check-messages has been enhanced so now you will see messages like:

• Check in opens Monday, 14th Sept at 9:00 am
• Check in opens in 11 hours and 57 minutes
• Check in will open in 57 minutes
• Check in will open in less than one minute
• Check in closes in 15 minutes
• Check in closes in less than one minute
• You have successfully checked in
• Check in has closed

New Supported Languages
