Configure Move Location Validation Request Types

Serraview Only Configuration

In the configuration only include the request type that needs the Move panel such as a Move Request or Project Churn.  

  1. Navigate to Admin Settings > System Config > General > New Service Request Form.
  2. In the Move Location Validation Request Types drop-down, select either:
    • Must fill in both locations
    • Must fill in from location
    • Must fill in one of the locations
    • Must fill in to location
  3. Click the Update button.
