The Portfolio Dashboard allows Space Planners, Relationship Managers, and Department Heads to visualize their space usage, review utilization efficiency, and justify requirements for more space based on occupancy and team allocation.
The portfolio dashboard only displays building information for locations that are set to show in the VBS. You can browse the portfolio data, identify over or under capacity teams, and view team space allocation to find additional space.
Users require the secured action Portfolio Dashboard – Access to access the Portfolio Dashboards icon from the Landing page and only the System Administrators will have this access by default.
If you require the access, then contact your System Administrator. For information on how to add secured actions to a role, refer to Manage User Roles.

This area contains fictional statistics in the examples. If you want to ask questions about your own data then contact the Serraview Support team or your Customer Success Manager (CSM).

Utilization Panel only displays when there is utilization data available for all the floors. For example, if you have selected a building, the Utilization Panel will display only if all the floors of the building have utilization data.
Assets Panel displays the total area of the portfolio (or the selection of Org Unit and Location), the number of buildings, the number of floors and the number of seats in the portfolio, region or location.
