Overview
Corporate Real Estate teams are a pivotal point within any organization and keeping end users apprised of relevant information regarding space requests, relocations, and the validation of occupancy information is crucial.
Serraview offers a set list of default email templates. These default email templates can be edited if required, or new email templates can be created to meet your specific needs.
The emails will contain your company logo. For details on how to upload your company logo, refer to Branding and your Company's Logo.
What Modules Send Emails
Emails can be sent from the different Serraview modules, including:

Manage Emails
Email Templates
Serraview has default templates that can be modified or duplicated. The email template's can be modified using the editor and you can include parameters, refer to Manage Email Templates.
While the sending of emails is incorporated into each module, the management of the email templates is in the Configuration module, refer to the following procedures:
Email Outbox
The Outbox tab displays, listing all emails with the status of their delivery. You can review the status of emails that you have sent from within Serraview, refer to Send an email from the Production Environment.
UAT Environment and Emails
The UAT Environment will have the Email Requires Confirmation setting turned on and this will set all emails to Pending. For more information, refer to Email Configuration on the UAT Environment.
