Split Teams in Scenario VBS

You may need to split a team for a relocation or to report on them separately, for example, a team that is managed by two different managers.

From the VBS, complete the following:

1. On the stack, select the team(s). To select multiple teams, hold the Ctrl key + click the team to select multiple teams. You can also hold the Shift key and click the first team and then click the last team which will select all teams between those two points.

2. Click the Split  icon. The Split Team form displays.

Split the team by workpoints

1. Uncheck the Split all teams by same percentage check box. 
2. In the workpoint fields, enter the number of workpoints for to split the team. Note that the Reset button will revert the numbers back.
3. Click the Split Teams button.

Split the team by percentage

1. Check the Split all teams by same percentage check box. 
2. In the Split Percentage fields, enter the percentage to split the team. Note that the Reset button will revert the numbers back.
3. Click the Split Teams button.

The team will be split into two teams, and for:

• Fixed teams any existing blocking removed from the floor and the occupants will remain.
• Flexible teams any existing blocking is removed.
• If the team(s) are in a neighborhood then they will remain in the neighborhood after the split.
