Bookable Spaces Dashboard

Purpose

For Space Planners and Managers, this dashboard provides a detailed picture of the number of bookable spaces available and compares them to the average daily bookings to give a sense of how spaces are utilized. Bookable spaces are broken down by building, floor, neighborhood, and org unit for a more granular view of utilization.

Special Data Elements

• Bookings per day, last 30 days - the average number of bookings within the last 30 days.

Special Filters

• Is Desk Booking (Yes / No) filter - If yes, this indicates if the person has booked a desk/work point for their use.

Limitations

• All data is limited to the last 30 days.
