Edit a Retention Status via the Configuration module

There are several factors to consider when you edit a retention status after it has been in use in Workplace. The most common are:

The retention status applied will remain on existing workpoints where it has already been applied, however it will no longer appear as a Retention Status option for Workplace Administrators. |

The Retention Status applied will change its name. |
You can edit a retention status.
- Navigate to Configuration > General > Retention Statuses.
- Search for the retention status.
- Click the Retention Status to be edited. The edit form displays.
- Edit the details.
- Click the Update Retention Status button.
