Booking Details Dashboard

Purpose

A tabular-focused dashboard, designed with the option of exporting to CSV or Excel (use Explore From here to export to Excel). This dashboard includes all Bookings. All relevant information about the booking is included, such as when it was, how long it was for, what space was booked, etc. This information can be used for data validation and communication.

Special Filters

  • Location Org Unit filter - The org unit of the space that was booked.
  • Attendee Org Unit filter - The direct org unit of the attendee for a given booking. This is typically imported from an HR system.
  • Attendee Home Location Org Unit filter - The org unit of the attendee is based on their assigned location’s org unit (i.e. team from the VBS).
  • Organizer Org Unit filter - The direct org unit of the organizer (person who made the booking) for a given booking. This is typically imported from an HR system.
  • Organizer Home Location Org Unit filter - The org unit of the organizer is based on their assigned location’s org unit (i.e. team from the VBS).

Limitations

  • 1 row per booking.
