Users require the secured role called Locator Userto access Locator, and the Room Booking, and the configuration. The secured actions found in this role are:

The Serraview user accounts used to access Locator will need certain secured actions for the room booking service to work.
Room Booking
This secured action must be assigned to users who will be able to see free/busy information and meeting details and reserve rooms.
RoomBooking (Read Only)
This secured action must be assigned to users who will be able to see free/busy information and meeting details but not be able to reserve rooms.
