Customize the Wayfinder button to be a Concierge Menu item

We have made the Wayfinder feature accessible as a Concierge Menu item. By doing this, it will be customizable like all other Concierge Menu items. When this is done, the Wayfinder button will be hidden.

For example, in Serraview's Engage Configuration when an Concierge Menu item set up to reference the Wayfinder URL then the following occurs:

  • the Wayfinder button will be hidden.
  • the Wayfinder displays as a Concierge Menu item with the image.

Open Concierge items externally

Allow for certain Concierge Menu items to be opened in a user chosen web browser instead of in Engage itself. This is configurable per item.

For example the Expenses menu item setting is changed.

Reservation Control Improvements

  • The first day for the multi-day selector is selected by default.

  • Desk reservation assist now allows a user to search for a desk that is available on specific days during the week.  Example: I want to find a desk that is available on Monday, Wednesday and Friday

  • An availability bar will be displayed on the reserved desk card when Engage is not configured for all day reservations
  • No labels
