Security in Spaces

Access to this module is managed using secured actions and roles.

The System Administrator is responsible for which users are given access and the following secured actions relate to this module:

Secured Action Description
Spaces - Access
  • Grant access to the Spaces module.
  • Gives View access only.
  • Access to the Space Form (read only).
Spaces - Edit Floor Mode
  • Access to all Tools (Edit Mode)
  • Space Form (Edit Mode)

Spaces - Measuring Tool

Gives the user the ability to use the Measuring Tool.

This tool is available in both View Mode and Edit Floor Mode.
Spaces - Add Polyline Tool

Gives the user the ability to use the Add Polyline Tool.

This tool is available in only the Edit Floor Mode.
Spaces - Edit Polyline Tool

Gives the user the ability to use the Edit Polyline Tool.

This tool is available in only the Edit Floor Mode.
Spaces - Renumbering Tool

Gives the user the ability to use the Renumbering Tool.

This tool is available in only the Edit Floor Mode.
Spaces - Bulk Update Tool

Gives the user the ability to use the Bulk Update Too.

This tool is available in only the Edit Floor Mode.
Spaces - Tagging Tool View

Gives the user the ability to use the in View Mode.

This tool is available in both View Mode and Edit Floor Mode.
Spaces - Tagging Tool Edit

Gives the user the ability to use the Tagging Tool in Edit Mode.

This tool is available in both View Mode and Edit Floor Mode.
Spaces - Markers Tool

Gives the user the ability to use the Markers Tool in Edit Mode.

This tool is available in only the Edit Floor Mode.
