Users who sign into Serraview using SSO and require assistance with the sign in, will need to contact their IT team.

A System Administrator can send out the Password Reset email to users that have requested a password reset.
Step 1. Trigger the Reset Password email
When a user has forgotten their password, the System Administrator can send out a Password Reset email.
Navigate to Resources > User Security.
In the Search field, enter the name of the person.
Click the user account check box.
Click the Send Logon Info icon.
The user will receive a Serraview Access email and this will contain a link to reset their password.
Step 2. Check the email status
If you want to confirm that the email has been sent to the user.
Navigate to Admin Settings > System Config > Email.
Click the Email Outbox tab.
The Email Outbox tab displays. Each row in the grid represents a System Email, with the newest on top. The grid displays Success in the Status column next to emails that have been successfully delivered.
