User Security Emails

Level: System Administrator
The following email templates are set up for user security.

Email Template

From the Reset Password screen's Send Reset Link button.

Refer to Reset password (from the Sign In screen).

User has requested their password to be reset.

Subject: Reset Your Password

Body:

Dear %person.firstName%,

You have requested a new password to access Serraview. If this was not you, please inform your Property Administrator immediately.

Please click on the following link, or copy it into your browser, and follow the instructions to set your password:  %changePasswordLink%.

Type Description
Person First Name The first name of the user whose password has been reset.
Change password link The generated link to the password reset URL.

Email address of the user.

Change Password Request

From the Create Password screen. After the user has successfully changed their password and click the Reset Password button.

Your password to access Serraview has just been changed. If this was not you, please contact your Property Administrator immediately.
