Configure the Service Request Types

Level: System Administrator

The list of Service Request Types will determine how you can view, filter, and report on the service requests that are performed at your business. This is set up in the Service Request Type keyword set.

You can modify the Service Request Types keyword set.

  1. Navigate to Admin Settings > System Config > General > Keywords.
  2. In the Keyword Set Search field, enter the keyword set name called Service Request Types.
  3. Select Service Request Types. The keyword values display in the panel.

4. Add or edit the keyword values in the panel. For more information, refer to Modify an existing Keyword Set.
