Configure Utilization for Portfolio Dashboards

The following utilization settings will affect the Portfolio Dashboards.

Utilization Period

All utilization statistics with the exception of utilization trend percentage (%) are displayed in the dashboard for a utilization period of the past X month excluding the current month. The X is defined by the Portfolio Dashboards Utilization Period field.

For example, if the current date is 15th April and X is 3 months, then the utilization period would be from the start of January to the end of March. This displays in the Portfolio Dashboard in the top-right hand corner.

Utilization Trend Period

Utilization trend % statistic is similar to how the utilization period is calculated. The X is defined by the Default Utilization Trend Period (Months). This displays in the Utilization Panel. For example:

Utilization Threshold

Utilization Threshold field defaults to 85%.

You can update the utilization settings.

  1. Navigate to Admin Settings > System Config > General > Utilization.
  2. In the Portfolio Dashboards Utilization Period field, enter the number of months.
  3. In the Utilization Threshold field, enter the percentage.
  4. Click the Update button.
