Receive a Service Request for a Locker

The Corporate Real Estate team receives an email request for a locker from the Business Representative. We recommend using the New Service Request Form to submit the request so the information is captured within Serraview and reports can be generated on information such as:

  • request dates
  • Business Unit who will be charged
  • Business Unit making requests

If the fulfillment is a long process, then Service Requests can track the stages, and documentation such as forms or approvals can also be attached to the request.
