Set the Team Validation Days until Expired Warning

Level: System Administrator
In the Workplace module, beneath each team name there is validation text that displays:
  • when the team was last validated 
  • if a team has never been validated
  • a warning that the validation is about to expire
  • when a team's validation has expired

You can set the days prior to display the validation warning or the expiry messages.

  1. Navigate to Admin Settings > System Config > General > Workplace.
  2. In the Team Validation - Days Until Expired field, enter or select the number of days since the last validation.
  3. In the Team Validation - Days Until Warning field, enter or select the number of days since the beginning of validation.
  4. Click the Update button.
